    Shipping & Returns

    Thank you for visiting The following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping & Return Policy.

    Shipping Info

    Carriers: To see which countries we ship to, go to checkout and see the list of countries. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We'll ship your order with any major mail carrier, including UPS, FedEx,  DHL, UPS, Air, and Sea. Currently, we are unable to provide the option to select the carrier of your choice.

    Freight: Shipping charges for your order depend on your product weight and location. Before the final checkout page, you will see the freight.

    Shipped: When your order status is marked as "shipped", it will be shown your order is on its way to your address. You should receive a tracking number when your order is in this status. The general delivery time is 7-12 days.

    Backorder: Generally, the entire order will be shipped together. If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. For additional needs, please contact us.

    Sign for packages: With standard courier practice, you check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can't be held liable for any damage that may have occurred in transit.

    Standard Return Policy

    For items purchased from, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. Returns are subject to the following policies:

    • The 30-day return policy applies to unused items in their original condition. You will be required to return the item to our warehouse at your own expense.
    • If the return period is exceeded but within 6 months, as long as it is an unused item in its original state, you can still return it. We will charge a restocking fee.
    • After starting the return process, you need to complete the return within 14 days, and the money will be returned to you within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • If the item you received is wrong, or there are other problems such as violent logistics damage, missing parts, quality problems, etc., please contact us in time for a replacement or refund.
    • The shipping address can be modified before shipment. If the goods are already in transit and the delivery address needs to be changed, you will be responsible for the additional cost of changing the address and SISCO does not support returns or refunds for this reason.

    Refunds, Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees

    Items in original condition within 30 days. General Items: 100% of the item price
    Customized Items: 85% of the item price
    Items that have been used within 30 days. Up to 85% of the item price
    Items in original condition for 30 days to 6 months. General Items: 70% of the item price
    Customized Items: 50% of the item price
    Items in original condition for more than 6 months. Consult with us
    Returned items received with damage, missing parts, not in original condition, or that have visible signs of use for reasons due to buyer error. Consult with us
