A2: A Force Gauge is a measuring instrument used across all industries to measure the force during a push or pull test. Q3: How do you read a force gauge?
A3: The switch is usually located on the face of the tool. Remember that tension (a pulling force) will be displayed as a positive number. Compression (a pushing force) will be displayed as a negative number.
Tips: How to maintain the digital force gauge?
- Always keep the digital force gauge clean to prevent water, dust, corrosive gases, etc. from intruding into the machine, so as not to affect the normal operation of the push-pull gauge.
- When the surface of the digital force gauge is stained with dirt or dust, please wipe it with a wrung wet cloth. Do not use liquid or spray cleaners, so as not to corrode the surface of the casing and flow into the machine to corrode mechanical components.
- Please place the digital force gauge in a stable place to prevent damage caused by collision, scratch or drop.
- Please use the digital force gauge in the specified ambient temperature (10℃～40℃) and relative humidity below 80%, and there should be no vibration or other interference sources that affect the test results.
