    Q1: What is a digital force gauge?
    A1: The digital force gauges are force-measuring devices with built-in load cells and are used to measure compression, tension, peel, or the coefficient of friction. 

    Q2: What does a force gauge measure?
    A2: A Force Gauge is a measuring instrument used across all industries to measure the force during a push or pull test. Applications exist in research and development, laboratory, quality, production, and field environment. There are two kinds of force gauges today: mechanical and digital force gauges.

    Q3: How do you read a force gauge?
    A3: The switch is usually located on the face of the tool. Remember that tension (a pulling force) will be displayed as a positive number. Compression (a pushing force) will be displayed as a negative number.

    Tips: How to maintain the digital force gauge?

    • Always keep the digital force gauge clean to prevent water, dust, corrosive gases, etc. from intruding into the machine, so as not to affect the normal operation of the push-pull gauge.
    • When the surface of the digital force gauge is stained with dirt or dust, please wipe it with a wrung wet cloth. Do not use liquid or spray cleaners, so as not to corrode the surface of the casing and flow into the machine to corrode mechanical components.
    • Please place the digital force gauge in a stable place to prevent damage caused by collision, scratch or drop.
    • Please use the digital force gauge in the specified ambient temperature (10℃~40℃) and relative humidity below 80%, and there should be no vibration or other interference sources that affect the test results. Otherwise, the test result may not meet the required accuracy level or the instrument may malfunction.
    • It should be stored in a ventilated, dry place without corrosive gas. The temperature of the warehouse is (-20~50) ℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 90%.

    The great digital force gauge
    I recently purchased the digital force gauge for my research laboratory and I have been blown away by its performance. It is lightweight and easy to handle, yet it provides precise measurements every time. The data storage function is also very helpful in keeping track of my experiments.
