Digital pH Tester With Glass Probe

    • High Measurement Accuracy. Glass electrode is highly sensitive to hydrogen ion activity, which allows the digital pH meter to deliver precise and reliable readings.
    • Excellent Chemical Resistance. The glass surface of the electrode is chemically inert, which means it resists corrosion and damage from most aqueous solutions, including acidic or basic chemicals. This durability extends the service life of the pH tester.
    • Fast Response Time. A high-quality glass electrode responds quickly to changes in hydrogen ion concentration. This rapid response is essential in dynamic testing environments, where pH levels may fluctuate frequently and immediate readings are required.

    Foldable & Handheld

    • Portability and Compact Design. The foldable structure allows the electronic pH meter to be compact when not in use, making it easy to carry in a lab bag, backpack, or field kit. This portability is especially useful for students, researchers, and environmental inspectors who need to measure pH in different locations.
    • Ease of Use. The handheld digital pH meter is user-friendly and requires minimal setup. Users can take accurate measurements without extensive technical training.

    Applications

SISCO's pH meter is widely used across many industries to measure the acidity or alkalinity of liquids accurately. In laboratories, it supports chemical analysis and research experiments. In agriculture, it helps monitor irrigation water quality for optimal crop growth. In aquaculture, it maintains healthy water conditions for fish and aquatic life.

    FAQs

A1: What is a pH meter?
Q1: A pH meter is an electronic instrument used to measure the acidity or alkalinity of a liquid. The device typically consists of an electrode and a digital display. When the probe is placed in a solution, it detects hydrogen ion activity and converts it into a pH reading.

A2: What is the typical pH range a pH meter can measure?
Q2: A typical pH tester can measure a pH range from 0 to 14, which covers the full scale from highly acidic to highly alkaline solutions. Most standard laboratory and portable pH meters are designed within this range.

A3: What causes unstable pH readings?
Q3: Unstable pH readings are usually caused by electrode problems, temperature changes, or contamination. A dirty or clogged glass electrode slows response and causes drift. Improperly stored electrodes lose sensitivity. Temperature fluctuations affect the electrochemical reaction, so readings vary if temperature compensation is not used. Air bubbles on the electrode surface can interfere with measurement.

Tips: How to replace this digital pH tester battery?

    1. Push open the battery compartment cover.
    2. Remove the old battery and insert the new one (4*1.5V AG-13 button battery).
    3. Close the battery compartment cover.
