    3 Measurement Modes can be Switched

    Portable fruit firmness tester has 3 measurement modes that can be switched: Real-time mode, peak mode, and first peak mode.

    • Real-time Mode. Display the current test value in real time, the value varies with the current pressure.
    • Peak Mode. Retain the maximum value among the test results. When measured again, the displayed hardness value does not change if the hardness value is below the previous maximum, and it will update the displayed hardness value if the hardness value is higher than the previous maximum.
    • First Peak Mode. The screen displays both "P" and "T" as the first peak mode, representing the first wave peak measured during a time period of recording. Press the "ZERO" key to clear the zero before testing again.
