    Overview

SISCO photoelectric color light sensor uses a three-color LED light source with 640/525/470 nm wavelengths. It features a 4-digit red LED display, adjustable sensitivity, 1–500 ms timer function, and ECO mode. Output 2 provides reverse action, with short-circuit protection. The PBT body, polycarbonate display, silicone rubber buttons, and glass lens ensure durability and stable detection.

    Photoelectric Color Sensor Product Overview

    Dual-Mode High-Speed and High-Precision Detection

    • Color mark mode automatically selects one of R/G/B colors, achieving an ultra-fast 45 μs response.
    • RGB three-color light is used simultaneously in color mode, judging color marks by the R·G·B ratio with high accuracy.
    • Detection distance reaches 7–13 mm, with a spot size of about 1×5 mm at 10 mm for fine mark recognition.
    • Sensitivity adjustment supports 2-point teach, full-auto teach, 1-point teach, and fine-tuning for stable detection.
    Photoelectric Color Sensor Product Main

Industrial-Grade Digital Output and Flexible Integration

    • NPN or PNP signal output is available, with Output 2 acting as the reverse action of Output 1.
    • 12–24 VDC operation includes short-circuit protection for industrial control voltages.
    • IP67 protection, a PBT housing, and a glass lens provide resistance to environmental interference.
    • A 4-digit red LED display, 1–500 ms timer function, and external teach input enable flexible setup.

    FAQs

Q1: What is the detection distance and spot size of the photoelectric color light sensor?
A1: With a detection range of 7–13 mm, this photoelectric color light sensor projects a spot of about 1×5 mm at 10 mm, enabling precise color mark detection.

Q2: How fast does the photoelectric color light sensor respond in different modes?
A2: Response time reaches 45 μs in color mark mode and 150 μs in color mode, allowing the photoelectric color light sensor to support high-speed, high-precision color discrimination.

Q3: What signal output and protection does the photoelectric color light sensor provide?
A3: Featuring NPN or PNP output with reverse action on Output 2, this photoelectric color light sensor also includes short-circuit protection, 12–24 VDC operation, and IP67 protection for industrial integration.

Tips: What factors affect the accuracy and stability of a photoelectric color light sensor?

    • Detection distance outside 7–13 mm or misalignment of the 1×5 mm spot at 10 mm can reduce signal stability.
    • Similar background colors or patterned marks may require color mode, which uses RGB ratio for higher discrimination.
    • Incorrect teach settings or sensitivity adjustment can lead to false triggers or missed marks.
    • Strong ambient light, reflective surfaces, dust on the lens, unstable 12–24 VDC power, or incorrect NPN/PNP wiring may cause unreliable output.
