    • Non-contact magnetic induction design: As a non-contact magnetic angle sensor, it detects rotating magnetic field variation without mechanical contact. Built-in reverse polarity and impulse peak voltage protection greatly improves anti-interference performance in industrial environments.
    • MEMS integrated magneto-sensitive structure: The magnetic angle encoder sensor applies advanced MEMS technology. Nano magnetic flux concentrating thin film and differential array magneto-sensitive elements are integrated as one assembly to ensure accurate and consistent angle measurement.

    FAQs

Q1: Can this magnetic angle encoder sensor be used for marine equipment?
A1: Yes. The magnetic angle encoder sensor can be used for rotational position monitoring in marine equipment such as rudder and hatch mechanisms, provided the installation environment meets the sensor's IP66 and temperature specifications.

Q2: What output does the magnetic angle encoder sensor use?
A2: The magnetic angle encoder sensor uses a CAN-Bus digital output, with CANH and CANL signal lines for transmitting angle measurement data. It supports a 240Ω output load and can connect to PLCs, controllers, and other CAN-based industrial control systems.

Q3: What causes inaccurate magnetic angle encoder readings?
A3: Inaccurate magnetic angle encoder readings can be caused by improper sensor alignment, magnetic interference, incorrect measuring range, wiring problems, or unsuitable operating conditions. CAN-Bus communication settings and installation issues can also affect the transmitted angle data.

Tips: How can I reduce interference when installing a magnetic angle encoder?

Use the recommended shielded cable, keep signal wiring properly routed, avoid unnecessary exposure to strong electrical interference, and follow the CAN-Bus wiring and grounding requirements of the control system.
