    Core Detection & Local Display

    • Precise On-site Display: The wall-mounted LCD screen shows water level percentage (10%-100%), water temperature, liquid level height, and 24-hour time. Physical buttons support power control and parameter setup. Data syncs automatically after one-time mobile phone configuration.
    • Non-contact Ultrasonic Detection: This ultrasonic level sensor uses a 20KHz+ ultrasonic sensor mounted on the tank top without touching water, protecting water quality with 1cm high accuracy.
    • Dual Transmission Options: Wired cable and wireless WiFi are both available. Real-time data syncs between the display panel and mobile APP for on-site or remote monitoring.

    Intelligent Alarm, Linkage & Durability

    • Custom Multi-scenario Alarms: Set upper-limit overflow alerts, lower-limit water shortage alerts, or customized threshold alerts on the APP. Pop-up notifications remind users of abnormal liquid levels instantly.
    • Automatic Pump Linkage Control: Paired with a Tuya smart socket and external pump, the system works unattended. The ultrasonic level sensor auto-fills water at low levels and stops at the high limit; in drainage mode, it pumps out water at high levels and stops at the preset low level.
    • Waterproof and Low-maintenance Structure: The ultrasonic level sensor comes with a waterproof probe, cables, and connectors that resist sunlight and rain. Please note the probe shall not be permanently submerged in water. Only minimal maintenance is required after one-time installation.

    FAQs

Q1: What is the measuring range of this ultrasonic level sensor?
A1: This ultrasonic level sensor has a 0.1 m to 2.9 m measuring range for non-contact water level monitoring. The range is suitable for water tanks, reservoirs, and storage containers, while the 10 cm blind zone needs to be considered during installation.

Q2: Does the ultrasonic level sensor require a probe inside the water?
A2: No, the ultrasonic level sensor does not require a probe inside the water. The sensor is installed above the water surface and uses ultrasonic waves to measure the distance to the liquid. This non-contact design reduces direct exposure to the liquid and simplifies maintenance.

Q3: What frequency does this ultrasonic water level sensor use?
A3: This ultrasonic water level sensor operates at 40 kHz, using ultrasonic waves to measure the distance between the sensor and the water surface. The 40 kHz operating frequency supports non-contact water level detection for applications such as water tanks, reservoirs, and storage systems.

Tips: How far should the ultrasonic level sensor be from the water surface?

The ultrasonic level sensor should be installed at least 0.1 m (10 cm) above the highest expected water level to stay outside the sensor’s blind zone. Installing the sensor vertically above the water surface with a clear measurement path helps ensure stable and reliable water level readings.
