Tips: How to use a clamp meter to measure AC/DC voltages?
It is important to note that there is a risk of electric shock. When measuring high voltages, extreme care should be taken to avoid electric shock. Do not attempt to use this clamp meter on voltages higher than DC/AC 600V rms.
- Press the measurement function selection key to DC or AC voltage measurement.
- Connect the black lead to the COM probe socket and the red lead to the INPUT probe socket.
- Read the measured value from the LCD. The polarity display will show the polarity of the terminal to which the red test is connected.
